Rosie's first bath

Rosie was open-minded at first. She became less happy when I washed her face.

Contentment returned once she was wrapped in her towel. Of course she peed a little before I got the diaper on.

Not sure if it's visible, but the baby acne has started to emerge.

Back to school!

Baking a cake for someone's birthday.

Trying to be patient.

Painting.

Ready to play outside!

Visit from Auntie Kate!

Auntie Kate came all the way to Iceland to meet Rosie and see Mary!

A swaddled Rosie is a happy Rosie.

So peaceful...for the moment.

Mary likes to lounge in her undies.

We went for a girls walk to the ocean.

Beautiful day!

Kisses!

Mary figured out how to wear her baby like a papoose.

Snuggly Rosie

It's so nice to have a little baby to snuggle with again and everyone is taking advantage!

More new baby pics!

Pabbi is learning how to juggle two girls.

Snuggling.

Mary really wanted to hold baby Rosie with her arms, and not just on her lap. She did really well!

Morning love.

Riding the carousel at the petting zoo.

"Hi Rooster!"

"Look Mama, a bunny!"

Rosie was not impressed by the zoo.

We gave the Ergo a try and Rosie eventually warmed up to it.

Very focused at the play ground.

Nana was good at pushing Mary really high.

The Monkey bars never get old.

Rosie loves to snooze on Pabbi.

So dainty.

Rósa Katrín

Mary's little sister has arrived!

Snuggling with Pabbi.

Meeting Pop.

Mary couldn't wait to kiss baby Rosie.

A kittle shy while Nana was holding her.

Mary found lotss of fun things in the hospital room.

Mary wanted to hold Rosie by herself, but finally agreed that we could hold her together.
Resting.

More sister love.

Posing for Nana.

More kisses for Rosie.

Post bath snuggling. Mary wouldn't even let me brush her hair before holding the baby.

So serene.

She's still a bit floppy :-).

Leaning on Mama.

Only child

Mary had lots of fun during her last days as an only child.

"I'm driving. Where should we go?"

It was hard to tear Mary away from the hard hat. Or as she called it: "a fireman's hat."

Checking out what bunks were like on old Icelandic fishing ships.

She loved this old tricycle. It didn't say "do not touch..."

"Look at this big computer."

Not the fastest way to get around.

"Hi sheep."

"Can I drive this car?"

Nice view from Nana and Pop's hotel room.
