Most recently she used them as mittens.
When I went to dim the lights in Mary's room after she fell asleep this is what I found. One mitten fell by the wayside, it seems.
Mary uses the oven as her mirror whenever she wants to check herself out, which is quite often.

Holding hands with a boy. Oh dear! Mary is wearing one of her favorite accessories: a buff. I thought it looked like a do-rag at first, but it has Hello Kitty on it and it's quite functional.
Singing or celebrating -- not sure which.
"It's a birthday candle!" Mary talks about her birthday a lot these days. I'm not sure how to break it to her that it's 4 months away.
