Saturday outing

Today was a perfect day to walk to a new playground.

Very excited to be a the top (after a little help from Pabbi).

She even helped with Mama and Pabbi's dishes.

Evening trip to the playground

We went out looking for berries after school today and ended up at the playground. It was almost dark by the time we returned home and it was only 4:40.

We hit the berry jackpot.

We were out and about today enjoying the nice weather.

We took a walk near Amma and Afi's house today and enjoyed some nice weather.

Priority #1: Get a stick. Check.


It may have been gloomy elsewhere, but we had sun.

Then it was time for a rest.

We discovered that the Reykjavik City Library is really cool.

"I'm Winnie the Pooh!"

Mary rediscovered her backpack this evening.

Cutting some bread...while wearing the backpack.

Mary is obsessed with watching videos of herself. She's a bit of a narcissist.

Alternative toys

Mary likes to rummage through Mama and Pabbi's things looking for "toys."

The goggles coordinate nicely with her school outfit.


"I'm making Pabbi into a mummy."


But she didn't expect the mummy to turn on her!

Just because the weather isn't great doesn't mean we're skipping the playground!

End of the week fun

Mary had a play date with Anna Maria yesterday.

First there was some computer fun. Mary loves wearing her spider as a necklace.


Then there was some food prep.

Pabbi's boxing wraps proved to be a lot of fun.


The dust pan is a versatile "toy."

Mary didn't want to get out of the bath until all the cups were stacked properly.

Care package

Thanks to some friends in the US Halloween made its way to Iceland!
