Teeth!
Mary has four teeth now and she's handled it like a champ.
Unfortunately she looks a bit like a vampire since she doesn't have the top middle teeth yet.
Looking for some new bikinis. Mary can't say no to a good sale.
Pretending the remote is a phone.
Taking one of her many important calls.
Go Sox!

Birthday girl!
Mary turned 1 today! She had her 1 year check up and measured 30 inches long (80th percentile) and 23 pounds 15 ounces (90th percentile).
Mary and Jack mingling before the present opening.
Quite a spread.
Mary's first doll!
Am I really allowed to eat this?
Mary liked the frosting but had little interest in the cake.
Giving her baby the bottle. Gentle would not be a good word to describe Mary's method.
Taking a little for herself.
Spoon-feeding the baby.
Playing "pick up the coaster" with Auntie Anna. It's one of Mary's favorite games.
Taking the Mary mobile for a spin around the apartment. I think she's trying to to find first gear.
As soon as the camera comes out Mary goes in for her close-up.

A new playmate
We had a guest yesterday, a 22 month-old named David, who Mary was very interested in.

Happy Mother's Day!
Mary has been a very good girl today and Bjossi let me sleep in this morning. Here are a few pictures from the past week.
Rolling around on the floor.
Mary will enjoy the shovel even more when she has some sand to move around.
Large chunks of avocado in Mary's hair.
Having a refreshing beverage.
Finishing up her peas like a good girl.
Mary is a big fan of the vacuum cleaner.
Trying to have a conversation with it.

Fun-filled weekend!
We got a visit from Anna and Einar this weekend and Mary was most pleased.
Yogurt face.
A new expression of Mary's. She looks angry but she isn't really.
Not even trying to hide her pilfering ways.
You know that's my hat, right?
Rolling around.
Relaxing on Einar.
Her first music box!
Learning all about her feet.
Swings never get old.
Pabbi was too big for the infant swing so he had to be creative.
Auntie Anna's biggest fan.
